Breakfast at Lakewood Area Shelter Association (LASA)
Community members were invited to learn more about the work of LASA and how they might help meet the needs of the organization. One of the problems addressed during the discussion was that the increased need for LASA’s services is resulting in a need to enlarge the size of the building. Breakfast attendees had a chance to brainstorm how best to go about that.
Look for future breakfast meetings that will cover such topics as: focusing on the scope of LASA’s Outreach program and meeting the needs of client families.
